Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you book planning services, group planning, add-ons or digital products from EnvyVacay. By paying a planning fee, deposit or purchase price, you agree to them.

1. Our services

EnvyVacay provides vacation planning and booking services as an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators and transfer companies. We do not own or operate any of these services.

Each supplier has its own terms, including payment schedules, cancellation penalties and refund rules. Those terms apply to your bookings, and we will share them with you before you book.

2. Planning fees

• Voyage: $349 per trip.
• Celebration: $697 per trip.
• Special Occasion Coordination: $395 per occasion. Requires a Voyage or Celebration package.

Planning fees pay for our time and expertise and are separate from the cost of travel. Travel costs are paid at the price set by the supplier. Planning fees are due before planning begins.

Domestic air is not included in any service, including group packages.

3. Group travel

Group planning requires a minimum of 8 cabins or rooms and is priced per cabin: Group Voyage $175, Group Hybrid $200, Group Celebration $225.

The group organizer pays a flat planning deposit of $150 (Voyage), $175 (Hybrid) or $200 (Celebration). The planning deposit is non-refundable and is credited toward the group planning fee at the time of booking. It is separate from any deposit required by a cruise line, resort or other supplier.

4. Refund policy

Planning fees and deposits

Planning fees, group planning deposits and add-on fees are non-refundable once paid, because work on your trip begins right away. If you cancel before we have started planning, contact us and we will review your request.

Travel bookings

Refunds for flights, cruises, hotels, excursions and other travel are governed entirely by each supplier's policy. EnvyVacay cannot override supplier penalties. We will help you request any refund or credit you are eligible for.

Changes after booking

Changes you request after travel is booked may result in supplier change fees. Significant changes to dates or destination may require a new planning fee.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance. If you decline it, you accept responsibility for losses that insurance might have covered.

5. Digital products

Destination guides and courses are delivered digitally and are licensed for personal use only. Because they are available immediately after purchase, digital products are non-refundable. If your file doesn't open or is damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute guides, videos, workbooks or templates.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate names, dates of birth and contact details exactly as they appear on travel documents.
• Obtain valid passports, visas and any required health documents.
• Review all confirmations and itineraries promptly and report any errors.
• Arrive on time for flights, embarkation and scheduled services.

7. Limitation of liability

EnvyVacay is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays or failures of any travel supplier, or for events outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, illness, strikes, government action or changes to supplier schedules. Our liability is limited to the planning fees you paid to EnvyVacay.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
