What is a Vacay Consultation?
A free 30-minute call after you fill out our short intake form. We talk about who's traveling, what you're celebrating or hoping for, your dates and your budget range. You'll leave knowing which package fits and what happens next.
How much do I have to do?
Very little. You tell us what you want and approve the itinerary. We handle research, booking, transfers and reservations, and we send everything to your phone before you leave.
Where do you plan trips to?
Cruises, all-inclusive resorts and destination vacations around the world. If you have a place in mind, bring it to the consultation. If you don't, that's part of what we help with.
Who will I be working with?
EnvyVacay plans your trip from start to finish. You work with us directly, from your consultation to the day you get home.
Pricing & payments
What does the planning fee cover?
Our time and expertise: trip design, research, booking, coordination and support. Travel costs like flights, cruise fares, resorts and excursions are paid separately at the supplier's price. Domestic air is not included in any service.
What's the difference between Voyage and Celebration?
Voyage ($349) bundles six services: cruise research and comparison, a custom day-by-day itinerary, an interactive journey proposal, booking and confirmation, a curated excursion guide, and booking support with a 48–72 hour response. Celebration ($697) includes everything in Voyage plus a personalized trip video, a dedicated client website page, white-glove concierge, a custom packing guide and priority response within 24–48 hours. How does group pricing work?
Group trips are priced per cabin or room with an 8-cabin minimum: Group Voyage $175, Group Hybrid $200 (the organizer gets the full Celebration package and the group gets Voyage) and Group Celebration $225 per cabin. The organizer pays a flat planning deposit ($150, $175 or $200 by tier). It's non-refundable and is credited toward the planning fee at booking.
Can I add Special Occasion Coordination?
Yes. It's a $395 add-on for a proposal, vow renewal, surprise party or other key moment. It requires a Voyage or Celebration package.
Are planning fees refundable?
Planning fees and deposits are non-refundable once planning begins, because they pay for work that starts right away. Supplier refunds follow each supplier's own rules. Read the full refund policy.
Before & during travel
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes, strongly. Insurance can protect your investment if plans change for illness, weather or other covered reasons. We'll share options during planning.
What if something goes wrong on the trip?
You'll have our contact details and all your confirmations in one place. Voyage clients get booking support with a 48–72 hour response; Celebration clients get priority response within 24–48 hours.
Who handles passports and visas?
We'll tell you what documents your trip requires and when. Getting and keeping valid passports, visas and health documents is the traveler's responsibility.
Digital guides
Why HTML instead of PDF?
Our guides are interactive web pages. They open in any browser on phone, tablet or computer, look sharp on any screen, and can include the narrated video tour right inside the guide. A PDF can't do that.
How do I open my guide?
After purchase you'll receive a download link. Open the file and it will launch in your web browser. No app or special software is needed.
Do guide buyers get anything extra?
Bahamas guide buyers get a free 20-minute insider-tips video as a bonus, and the $37 guide price is credited toward any planning package.
