From airport to ship without a single “now what?”
Embarkation day has a reputation. A red-eye, a long taxi line, a cruise terminal crowd, and a few hours of wondering where your luggage went. By the time you're onboard, the first afternoon of vacation is gone.
It doesn't have to go that way. Here's how we plan the day for our clients.
1. Arrive the day before
Ships leave on schedule, with or without you. We almost always book a night near the port before sailing. It turns a stressful race into an easy evening: a nice dinner, a good night's sleep, and a slow breakfast.
2. Book the ride before you need it
A pre-arranged transfer means a driver waiting at arrivals and a car that goes straight to your hotel, then to the port the next morning. No queues, no surge pricing, no guessing which terminal.
3. Choose your check-in window
Most cruise lines let you pick an arrival time. We choose one that avoids the opening rush, and we make sure your documents are completed and saved on your phone before you leave home.
4. Reserve what sells out
Spa appointments, specialty dining and popular shore excursions fill quickly. We reserve them as soon as booking opens, so your first massage is waiting for you, not on a waitlist.
5. Plan the way home, too
The last morning matters as much as the first. We time your disembarkation, transfer and flight so you're not sitting in an airport for six hours.
That's the difference between taking a cruise and being on vacation. Every step is planned, so all you have to do is show up.
